CrossFit Lite

If you’re just starting out, we recommend our CrossFit Lite for one month to get you familiar with the movements and the routine, making a more gradual transition into regular classes. You can expect challenging body-weight movements, scaled to your ability and intensity levels, and always ending with a cool down and stretching session to help increase your mobility and prepare you for next training session. This is also a great opportunity to meet other new crossfitters who are sharing this new journey alongside you.

Group Classes

These are the cornerstone of what we do at Rockingham CrossFit. CrossFit is a fitness program designed to be constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a relatively high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to scale up or down to be accessible to all age groups and skill levels.

 

 

Open Gym

Do you have extra work you’d like to put in outside of the regular class hours? Are you looking to put in some skill work or practice Olympic lifts? Check out our schedule for Open Gym times. You are welcome to come in and put in the extra work with your unlimited membership.
